Almere Apartment Online Terms and Conditions

Booking/Reservations:
A down payment and valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Your credit card will NOT be charged(*), it is only needed to guarantee your reservation.
Payment is on arrival.
If you arrive by air, please mention the flight arrival time AND the flight number.

(*)Unless you have to cancel late or do not show up, see our cancellation policy below.

Deposit
We ask for a deposit of 30% to be paid by Paypal. (payment details will be emailed to you after you have made a reservation for which this applies).
In case of a cancellation the full deposit (minus € 45.- administration costs) will be refunded according to our cancellation policy.

Payment
Downpayment of 30% through PayPal.
Second payment in cash on arrival.
If cash payment is not possible for you, you can alternatively pay IN ADVANCE through Paypal (with your credit card).
Please note that there is a surcharge of 4% for the second payment through Paypal (due to the costs involved for us for credit card payments).

Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations more than 28 days prior to arrival -  € 45.- administration fee. Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur:
Cancellations between 28 days and 72 hours prior to arrival - 30% of full duration charge. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.

Minimal stay:
For the apartment a minimal stay of two nights is required. Bookings which include a friday and/or saturday a minimal stay of three nights is required(*), unless a shorter stay fits in between other bookings.
For shorter stays please check the options for your dates with our "check availability" feature, or email us.

*For holidays and other special dates (new year, Queens day) longer minimal stays may apply.

Check in and check out
Normally your accommodation will be ready and available at 15.00 hours, normal check out time is at 11.00 hours.
We are however as flexible as possible with that. If the accommodation is not occupied you can get the accommodation early on your date of arrival and check out late on your date of departure.
You can always bring in your luggage earlier on the day of arrival and leave your luggage with us for the remaining of the day of departure. (please check with us for more detailed options and times)

Acceptance of accommodation signifies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
